ATP Precision Defense was started in 2013 by Scott and Harry Eighmy. Scott and Harry have spent the last 30 years in the machining business working at the Eighmy Corporation and American Turned Products, both family-owned businesses. They started ATP Precision Defense to align their extensive knowledge of precision machining and Scott’s expertise in munitions and the military.

Scott served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for five years prior to beginning his work with ATP. Scott received his engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from Case Western University. Scott is a past President of the PMPA.

American Turned Products’ Chief Operating Officer and Erie plant manager, Harry Eighmy, has been with ATP since 1989. He received his undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University and his MBA from Case Western University.

Colonel Pultz provides a broad background of 47 continuing years of experience and capabilities in government, military and private sector markets, including; established contacts and processes, 5,000 flight hours in both civilian and military aircraft and management, sales and logistics experience in the transportation and machining industries.
