Jerry Eighmy President and CEO American Turned Products' President & CEO, Jerry Eighmy founded ATP in 1984. Previous to his role with ATP, Eighmy served as President of The Eighmy Corporation in Conneaut, Ohio. Jerry graduated from Heidelberg College with a B.S. degree in chemistry. Jerry is a past president of the Precision Machined Parts Association (PMPA) and is currently serving as Chairman of the Manufacturing Association of Northwest Pennsylvania (MANP).
Scott Eighmy
Vice President
A member of the American Turned Products team since 1989, Scott Eighmy served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for five years prior to beginning his work with ATP. Scott received his engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and his M.B.A. from Case Western University. Scott is currently serving as First Vice President of the PMPA.
Harry Eighmy
Vice President of Manufacturing
American Turned Products' vice president of manufacturing and Erie plant manager, Harry Eighmy, has been with ATP since 1989. He received his undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University and his MBA from Case Western University.

Jim Osmanski
Vice President of Finance
Jim Osmanski has been with American Turned Products since 1997. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University. Prior to working with ATP, Jim held several senior financial positions.
Nick Dibiase
Plant Manager - Fairview
Nick Dibiase has been with American Turned Products since 2005. Prior to working with ATP, Nick held several senior level manufacturing operations positions with multiple plant sites under his direction.
Drew Hoffman
Sales and Marketing Manager
Drew Hoffman has been with American Turned Products since 1995. Drew received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gannon University and an MBA degree from the Penn State University.
Debbie Iavarone
Human Resource Manager
Debbie Iavarone has been with American Turned Products since 1984. Debbie received her Bachelor of Arts in Business and her Masters in Organizational Leadership degrees from Mercyhurst College. She also holds an SPHR certification. Debbie also serves as the Treasurer of the Northwest PA Human Resource Management Associations.
Geri-Lyn Kolb
Director of Technical Applications (Engineering & Quality)
Geri-Lyn Kolb has been with American Turned Products since 1998. Geri-Lyn received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and her MBA degrees from the Penn State University. Geri-Lyn holds several accreditations including ASQ Certified Quality Manager and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
